Core Values
The presence and power of God
Psalm 26:8, 27:4, 69:9, 132:1-5, Leviticus 10:1-3, I Samuel 1-4, Luke 24:49, Acts 1:8, 5:1-16
24/7-night and day prayer
To establish righteousness (Matthew 6:9-13, 33) and justice (Luke 18:7) in the earth and to release the fullness of the Holy Spirit (Luke 24:49, Acts 1:14, 1:8, 2:17-18)
Lifestyles of holiness through intimacy with Jesus, repentance and confession of sin, and transparency/accountability with each other.
I Thessalonians 3:12-13, Ephesians 5:25-32, Romans 2:4, Acts 3:19, Revelation 2:5, I John 1:9, James 5:16
Fasted lifestyles
Voluntary lovers embracing voluntary weakness. Living Sermon on the Mount lifestyles by resisting the spirit and ways of this age (Mark 4.19) thru embracing love, giving, forgiveness, prayer and fasting (Matthew 6:1-18).
Pursuing mature obedience through wholehearted devotion and lifestyles that reflect the kingdom of God
(Matthew 5-7).
The Great Commandment (love/intimacy) (Matthew 22:37-40) and the Great Commission (power/ministry)
(Matthew 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-18, Luke 24:46-49) being fueled from the place of encounter with God. These two realities are joined together in what we call the Great Convergence (Matthew 25:1-46).
Cultural reconciliation
Every nationality worshipping, praying and serving in unity producing blessing from the Father (Psalm 133) and a witness to the world (John 17:21-23)
Team ministry
Loving, maturing and serving each other, the church and the world (I Corinthians 12, I Peter:4.9-11)
God-centered spiritual warfare
Contending for the revelation of God to be made manifest in the church and the world so that strongholds will be dismantled against the right knowledge of God (II Corinthians 10:3-5); that the knowledge and power of God would be established as the centerpiece to counter every spiritual attack (Luke 4:1-13, Ephesians 1:17, 6:10-18, II Corinthians 11:2-3).
Cultivating prophetic singers, musicians, intercessors, dancers and artisans
we see these flowing like rivers in the Spirit through the ancient banks and paths of the word of God. (I Chronicles 23-25, Psalm 149-150, I Corinthians 14:15, Ephesians 5:18-19, 6:17-18, Colossians 3:16, 4:2)
Training and equipping
We are committed to continually train and develop our interns, students and staff as well as the church through our school of ministry, seminars, EGS services and conferences (Ephesians 4:11-16).
REAL leadership
R–relational and deep friendships
E–equipping leaders to rise up to their God ordained places of (ID) identity and destiny
A–accountability as the friendships and mission converge so that we have integrity and balance as we love and obey God together (in the process, we must inspect what we expect).
L–leadership that is tested and authentic, living lives and ministering before the Lord and man worthy of imitation.
